In the New Testament we read of the miraculous healings that Jesus performed – healing the blind, the lame, those with palsy or leprosy. Whether tormented by devils or taken to the grave, nothing was beyond His ability to heal and make right.
Have you ever been sick or struck with an emotional trauma and wished He were nearby that you might simply reach out and touch the hem of his garment and be healed? Did you know that He IS nearby? Closer than you realize. He is always there, waiting for us to reach our hands out into the darkness and find the light. He is “the light which shineth in darkness and the darkness comprehendeth it not” (John 1:5). But it takes an act of faith to extend ourselves and trust that He is there.
The following video is the testimony of one woman who did just that at our recent Light the World: Birthing Your Destiny Retreat. She reached out and found Him there.

Thank you, Tina. I was there. It wa beautiful and sacred to be in that circle of love and feel Christ’s love for you and for all of us. The healing was for all of us in our own way.
Hi! Marnie! I go to your website to get inspiration to keep inside of me, as I have been off work since june 2009 to an injury that has not been even fixed, and I have a hard time even walking now as i walk with a cane to steady myself.
But I went back to church yesterday, because, I needed it, I have a very dear friend that I keep in contact a whole lot, as when he gets upset, he gets into drinking on weekends, and does not know what do do with himself. So I have to let him be at times. Sorry to tell you that, but I have to look after myself. I hope that in time I can get help to get an operation on my foot, and get back to work, because I really do miss it. I have a work injury, and it happened in 2008. I believe whole heartily that I am here to find myself and get in touch with the holy spirit. And I sometimes have my ups and and downs, but I have to believe more, it is hard, But I will get it. Trust me. Take Care Janice.
